Check and pay the deposit

$50 now by card. The balance is paid on the day, by card or bank transfer, once you've seen the work.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

The price is confirmed on arrival. If the area or condition differs from what you've told us, we'll tell you the new price before any work starts, and you can cancel with a full deposit refund. Cancel or move the booking up to 24 hours before and the deposit carries over or is refunded.

Carpet
  • Pre-vacuum, pre-spray, hot-water extraction, grooming
  • Dry in 4 to 6 hours with the windows open
  • Furniture moved if it's light and you've cleared the small things
  • Couches and stairs as add-ons to a carpet clean; a heavily soiled couch may need a second pass, which we tell you about before we start
  • Rugs, heavy furniture moves, flood or sewage damage
Tile and grout
  • Alkaline pre-spray, rotary machine scrub, pressure rinse and extract
  • Grout seal as an add-on, applied the same visit once dry
  • Shower recesses priced as their own item
  • Regrouting, cracked tiles, natural stone polishing (ask us separately)
Pressure cleaning
  • Concrete, pavers, paths and driveways with a surface cleaner, no stripes
  • Soft wash for house exteriors, never high pressure on render or paint
  • Paver sealing as an add-on
  • Roof cleaning, two-storey exteriors, graffiti on heritage brick
Oven and kitchen
  • Racks, trays and door glass cleaned in a dip tank in the van; no fumes in the house

Questions people actually ask

Before you book.

Is the price on the screen the price I pay?

Yes, unless the job is different from what you've told us. If the area is bigger or the condition is worse, we tell you the new price before we start, and you can cancel with a full deposit refund. We don't start and then surprise you.

Do I need to be home?

For the first few minutes, so we can confirm the price and see what you want done. After that, no. Many people go back to work and we lock up and text when we're finished.

Can you come this week?

Usually. The calendar shows the next two weeks. If you need it tomorrow, book the earliest day and put "urgent" in the notes; we'll text you if we can bring it forward.

How long until I can walk on the carpet?

Four to six hours with the windows open, longer in winter. Socks are fine after two. Keep furniture off until it's fully dry so the feet don't mark.

What is the deposit for?

It holds the slot. Operators plan their day around it, and a no-show costs them a morning. It comes off your total. Cancel or move the booking up to 24 hours before and it's refunded or carried over.

My postcode says "just outside". What happens?

Between 20 and 28 km from the city we add $40 travel and still book online. Beyond that, send the request and we'll tell you within a business day whether we can get there and what it would cost.

Do you do bond cleans, hoarding, mould or flood damage?

Not through this page. Those jobs need a visit and a different crew. Email sales@jccommercial.com.au with the address and photos and we'll come back to you.
